A 2 Month Draft

Little has been said by me in the last two months as I had planned to improve my skills on Blogger, but not much has changed since then. Now I feel have so much to say, so I'll just have to learn as I go along. Please excuse the strange combination of this blog/pictures.

The most useful bag a music teacher could have! More for it's size and strength (to fit books and papers and of course many spare pencils) than the print! Another souvenir  from England, one that has received many comments for the clever pun, although I have never actually used it to go shopping.

A neoprene neck-strap, by Neotech, has been my personal must as a saxophonist. It is the most comfortable strap ever! I have only had a problem with one when it stretched too much for me to use it. This is only because I'm short and so need the strap to be as short as possible. That one was stolen with my saxophone a few years ago, and I have never had a problem with the one I have now. In fact I have a few that I hire out with saxophones and no others have been a problem.
Berg Larsen tenor mouthpiece on the right! I love it's raw, yet richly warm sound.

Music Madness at the Grahamstown festival! I love this picture and just had to include it.  Grahamstown festival is a must for all! I'm really hoping my husband will come with me next year when I take the school's band. He has never been before and as a drummer, and music lover, he'll definitely enjoy it.
