Apart from teaching music I have also honed the skill of being the school's 'music librarian'. All it really requires is cataloguing music books. About three or four different people kindly donated huge piles of books to the school recently, which has made this task a little 'heavier'. I've waded through the two piles in the first two pictures below and have one more pile (shown beneath) to go. The school is regularly growing its music library and is able to purchase newly published books often. It's wonderful for the kids and teachers but not so great when I have so many to catalogue. I have learnt a great deal though and I am always the first one to get to look through the new music. But it certainly is something that I will not miss next year.
Yay for not having to do cataloguing next year!!
