Typo Madness

Music makes the world go 'round, so much so that my favourite stationery shop Typo is not only packed with gorgeous multi-coloured useless and useful goodies, but many of the items are some sort of music paraphernalia. Such as the guitar and microphone shaped pens I gave to my colleagues as Christmas gifts. I recently headed back to Typo in order to make it for the awesome sale (which one of my fabulous friends told me about :-)) and discovered these most amazing and useful paper-clips, that I had been eyeing, were now half price! So I had to purchase them!

This is meant to be a treble clef that I made out of guitar-shaped  paper clips.

It turns out I am not the only one who is in love with this Australian brand that is part of the Cotton on brand and is fast taking over all the big stores in Cape Town, but I bumped into a few of my students there during this holiday and wasn't quite sure how to respond to seeing them as I was 'drooling' over all of the awesome things they have there. I'm not too sure who felt more awkward, me or my students.

The only thing that I don't quite understand though, is why they have so many owls!?
